In 2025, all 15 manufacturing locations of the Group worldwide fully passed the ISO 45001 certification; the IET Shilin plant even won the SGS ISO Plus Awards – “Excellence in Occupational Safety, Health and Wellness Management” for the third consecutive year. Zero Accidents at Workplace

To achieve the goal of zero accidents at workplace, Inventec regularly conducts various safety and health inspections, such as fire-fighting equipment inspection and maintenance, machine room inspection patrols, control of special operating areas, smoking area control, building security inspections, etc. Additionally, Inventec has established an incentive program to encourage employees to take initiative in making proposals for improving the workplace.
