Policy and Objectives
Inventec's occupational safety and health policy is committed to complying with all occupational safety and health regulations and other relevant requirements. Each factory has established a dedicated unit responsible for supervising and implementing occupational safety and health management affairs. Following the policy, we set objectives, develop management plans, promote various safety and health activities, conduct risk assessments, and provide education and awareness campaigns. These efforts aim to enhance employee’s occupational safety and health competencies, reduce the risk of harm or accidents, and ensure a safe working environment.

Zero Accidents at Workplace
To achieve the goal of zero accidents at workplace, Inventec regularly conducts various safety and health inspections, such as fire-fighting equipment inspection and maintenance, machine room inspection patrols, control of special operating areas, smoking area control, building security inspections, etc. Additionally, Inventec has established an incentive program to encourage employees to take initiative in making proposals for improving the workplace.
